Can we hire our own vendors?

You may choose any vendor you like besides the caterer. We have chosen the best caterers for our couples and who works best at our venue.

How many people can the venue accommodate?

We are a 200 person venue. This includes bride, groom and wedding party. Our parking lot limit is 100 cars.

Is the site handicap accessible?

Yes! Belle’s Venue is ADA compliant.

Do you provide linens?

Yes! We offer a linen rental package that you may add on.

What time does music have to end? When do we have to be cleaned up by?

On Saturdays, music must end by 11:00 pm and all items brought in must be cleaned up by 11:59 pm. On a Friday or Sunday, music must end at 10:00 pm and all items brought in must be cleaned up by 11:00 pm.

 

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome for the ceremony and photos. All pets must be kept on a leash and have an attendant during the time they are on the property. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets inside the venue.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Yes, we do! We have beautiful, handcrafted farm tables, round tables and seating for up to 200 guests.

Can we bring our own beer, wine or champagne? What about liquor?

Alcohol is allowed at the venue. We require a South Carolina licensed bartender with a $2,000,000.00 liability insurance for liquor and mixed drinks. Beer, wine and champagne is covered under the insurance that is included in each package.

Is there a deposit? When are the payments due?

Yes, we do require a deposit of $1,000.00. Nine months prior to the event the first payment is due. The final balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Our preferred form of payment is check but we do accept cards.
